2. Counter-Notification

- Identification of the material that was removed and its original location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your contact details
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the DMCA complaint

3. Repeat Infringers
Accounts of users who are repeat infringers will be terminated in accordance with our policy and applicable law.
